1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

5 Terms of Use

Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals via BTC and USDT are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and player tier.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposit transactions are typically credited to your account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

7 Bonuses & Promotions

These general provisions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap will be specified in the promotion's terms.
• As a general guide, slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette) and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified per promotion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pepsy777 Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and/or referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Player as defined in these Terms.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or to circumvent the Platform's security or game integrity measures.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of cheating that compromises the fairness of live dealer or multiplayer game sessions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pepsy777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose without the Company's express prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by the Player: You may request the closure of your account by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering conditions remain unfulfilled.

Termination by the Company: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account immediately and without prior notice in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account suspension.

Where an account is terminated by the Company for cause, any Bonus Balance held in the account will be forfeited. The Company will process any legitimate Real Money Balance at its discretion following investigation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Company holds its operating licence. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their use of the Platform.
